OK so I figured this out myself. I had a Chrome plugin that stops HTML5 videos from auto playing that was blocking it somehow.
Thanks for your quick reply. Makes sense. I will leave it as is.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customers can't pay when sending manual invoice^^^^^ Manually created an invoice email (not a brand new order) from inside the existing order that the customer created.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customers can't pay when sending manual invoiceThe order was an order initiated by the customer where the customer had a problem with PayPal Advanced denying their credit card the first time. Then they left the checkout page and contacted us. I manually created an invoice from inside the order page on the back end of WC so they would have a link to get back to they payment page. So the order was “theirs” and never stopped being theirs.

In reply to: Issue with Mystile and dropdown menus on 2-in-1 laptopsMystile is a free theme so because I haven’t actually purchased anything from Woo they won’t let me submit a trouble ticket. I sent a message to their presales support in the hopes that it would get routed to the appropriate person internally, but I’m not optimistic.
My intention here was to find out if anyone outside of Woo has run into this and what they’re currently doing about it.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] 404 ErrorFYI – tested EM in the root domain on the site. I didn’t put in a menu option or anything, but did create an event using permalinks and did not get a 404 error when I went directly to the URL in a browser. Looks like you were right.
Thanks again. Good catch.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] 404 ErrorOK. That makes sense. I’ve got a bunch of other sites running in subfolders and have not run into this issue, but that certainly seems like a likely root cause.
I’ll play around with it and see what I can do.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] 404 ErrorI’m going to do it in pieces, but it shouldn’t be that hard to put together:
Domain – http://www.whyisuckatguitar.com
Subfolder – s2m

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] 404 ErrorThe rest of the site is working fine. This is literally a site I set up fresh just a few days ago. WP Supercache is the only other plugin installed (and it’s disabled at the moment).
JetPack and Akismet were installed by HostGator by default as part of their packaged install, but I removed both of those.
I would like to use the “Post Name” permalink structure. I haven’t tried them all, but spot checking any other structure other than “Default” doesn’t seem to work.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] 404 ErrorNot sure if this is what you meant… but I created a page natively in WP, then went in and created an event and assigned it the exact same URL. If I do this I don’t get a 404 error, but I also don’t see any of the event information on the page when I click to view the event… just the blank page that I created natively in WP.
If you’ve got an email address or some way for me to send you a link to the site you can take a look at it yourself. Since it’s in a subfolder of another site I’d prefer not to link to it in the forum.

In reply to: [Quick Adsense] Possible BugThat is not something I want to do because WordPress then inserts extra paragraph tags and my content doesn’t look right. The only way the layout is right is if the tag and the content are on the same line.

In reply to: [Quick Adsense] Possible BugYou can check out my home page at http://www.whyisuckatguitar.com. The ads on this page are manually placed. notice that each paragraph after the manually placed ad code does not have a beginning <p> tag.
Then go look at one of my articles, like http://www.whyisuckatguitar.com/guitar-chords-for-beginners/. This page has the ads automatically placed and the <p> tags are fine.
Thanks for taking a look.
It works. Nicely done.
Thanks!
Thanks for the update. I look forward to testing the new version once it’s released.
