HI

I did send the url of the page with the issue several times in all the posts and reply’s: it is the ccontact us page of the website that the from is not sending the message when Elementor is activated and sends messages when elementor is deactivated

i didnt spam you

i received emails in response to my post that had nothing to do with the issue i posted.

i posted an issue that the form would not send messages when elementor was activated and you replied with a response that had to do with grouping and form layout and form creating?????

Why does forminator “Contact “Us” form send messages when the Elementor plugin is deactivated

and

I am sorry I do not know what you are talking about in this reply

When Elementor plugin is “activated” the Forminator messages do not go to my email account

When the Elementor plugin is “DE-activated” the Forminator email messages go to my email account

what does that have to do with the groups and how they form was arranged

Hi

I am confused

the page is “Contact Us” not “File Upload” page

the “Send Message” button on the: “https://palmettoarc.org/contact-us/” page is from forminator. I didnt make the button it was selected in the forminator form builder and placed on the bottom of the form.

I am not sure what this button you are referring to is? and how it is misplaced any why when I have the “Elementor plugin” activated the form doesn’t send the message to my email account and when the “Elementor” plugin is disabled the form does sn3ed the message to my email account

also the * arent red and if you do not fill out required fields the text is not red as it is set for

PHP community support until 12/2023

Checked with Hosting Company no slow logs

I reactivated the forminator plugin and it appears to be working

is it possible that Elementor while creating a page could have caused this 503 error?
