If anyone has a similar problem, make sure you change the permissions to every parent folder are 777. This is I’m assuming how I fixed it, but I really am not sure.
Just added: ‘define(‘DISABLE_CACHE’, true);’ to wp-config.php as was suggested here
Still no results.
