    Currently the customer calls up the customer centre and asks them to put through the order for them on their behalf. This is only for some customers who do not know how to order from the front-end of the website.

    Once the customer centre receive the call, the agent logs into the back end of the WordPress website with their user ID, then they go to the front-end of the website and put through the order as if they were the customer themselves. The way we have it currently registering that this type of order is a MOTO payment is through the agents User ID. If the order is put through by an agent that is logged into the website, that order is classed as a MOTO payment and therefore should not require 3DS verification.

    This approach was working up until recently and now the agents are being prompted for the 3DS verification on the majority of orders over €100. This is something that we will have to rectify, especially with Stripe lowering the order threshold for 3DS soon.
