I switched to the default Twenty Fifteen theme with all other plugins deactivated and didnt receive an email at all. I had this problem with the current theme and had to install Postman SMTP plugin. I turned SMTP plugin back on with the twenty fifteen theme and got email but still no download code.

I’m afraid I dont know how to do that. Can I simply install it, and if so how do I get back to my current theme?
