Did you ever figure this one out? I’ve been hunting for a workaround to do the same thing since it doesn’t appear to be supported in FSE yet.

Hi David – nope I’m talking about Quick Edit. Also, in Bulk Edit, even with Add selected, it replaces all of the terms. If it helps I’m using Custom Taxonomies. Thanks!
