    NO I only asked about if certain things could be done, I didn’t ask for you to customize anything.

    When your company made it clear that this plugin couldn’t do as I thought it could, then I said it wouldn’t work for me, and to please refund my money, which you refused to do, and gave lame reasons for doing so.

    You say a refund is very simple, then for someone that fits your description of why they want a refund should be given a refund, not based on your whim as to “how they ask”, etc.

    Your lame reasons for not giving a refund are:

    * The item did not meet your expectations. Please check plugin DEMO before you buy. You can ask us Pre Sale question before buy.
    * You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.You simply change your mind.
    * You bought an item by mistake.

    So anyone that gets your plugins, that may have mistakenly bought it, realized it won’t work for them, or just changes their mind won’t get a refund. That is just ripping off customers.
