Hey Bill,
Thanks. The answer to the below is “YES”:
1. Check if you have WordPress 6.1 installed.
2. Check if your have the browser firefox or chrome last version installed.
3. Check if your browser have javascript and cookies enabled.
4. Try to open the page from other device.`I’ll sure check for more errors with WPTools plugin.
Thanks Bill.
Hey Bill,
Thank you for the swift response. I updated the latest version 2.0 which I think resulted to the error. Everything else checks out but I have changed the debug to true in the wp-config.php and have received the below error:
“Warning: Use of undefined constant SECURE_AUTH_COOKIE – assumed ‘SECURE_AUTH_COOKIE’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/eagmkvxv/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 923
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”Thanks,
Eagmark.
Hey chrisarangodb.
The issue may be because the Course Offline function is enabled. You can go to Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Courses => Settings => Disable Course offline.

Thank you for the response. I just noticed that my Eduma support ticket expired and I’m needed to renew it. I have updated latest version of the Learnpress plugin tried to disable and enable each plugin but the problem is still there!
What would you further advise?
Thanks.
