Also i have go all through this:

First, please check for plugin conflicts. I recommend performing a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and then reactivating them one by one, monitoring CPU usage each time.

Next, please update outdated templates on your site by following our guide here: Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates

Check for cron jobs and scheduled tasks. Some tasks running in the background, such as cron jobs or scheduled tasks, can cause high CPU usage. Check if any tasks are running more frequently than necessary or if any tasks can be optimized
