but for god sake give me a full guide

ive copy paset this code in ConfigPress textarea

[aam]
page.capability = “manage_aam”

and now im not able to access aam = i get Access Denied

and when i repeat the above instruction again and deleting plugin then after downloading ConfigPress immediately i get Access Denied
