This is very unusual behaviour considering it is not allowed in WordPress system. It can happen only if some script is directly inserting into database. Could you please share user IDs for both records ?

We are unable to replicate the dot issue mentioned above. Could you please check again ? Also provide us browser details and URL to check if it is a cross broswer compatibility issue. You can use HTML patterns to allow comma and numbers only. Pattern can be configured for text field (Advanced Settings->Input Pattern) from Form builder.

Sorry to hear about your experience. More than 4000 users are actively using our plugin and none of them ever reported about site being hacked. Site security depends on multiple factors. I am not sure how you concluded that our plugin was the culprit. I would appreciate if you could have shared some details on it.
In regards to information stealing, We always ask our customers to reset the credentials once we are done. We always delete all the site credentials from our end and confirms this to our customers as well. Please let us know your site URL to check if we received credentials from your side.
About reviews, None of them are fake. In fact most of the reviews we get after providing support. This is the reason, most of them mention about the excellent support service.
