Thank you for reporting the issue. Allow us some time to check if it is happening with IOS devices.
For missing submission IDs, It is not mandatory that submission IDs will be generated in sequential order. Our plugin uses WordPress post system to store any information. So this #ID is the post ID within WordPress environment. Meanwhile if you add any post/page/media within WordPress, system will assign the post ID to the corresponding object and increments the ID for next object.
If you want a consistent unique ID for each submission, then you can use our Unique ID generation option. However this will generate an ID separate from the WordPress post ID.Forum: Plugins

You may use 3rd party plugin like Easy WP SMTP which is compatible and easy to configure and no extra configurations are required.
