In reply to: [Easy Schema - Structured Data & Rich Snippets] areaServed format?Hello,
The areaServed setting should reflect the area that the business operates in separated by comma if multiple. This should be by city names for example a business in Florida may have: Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa.
On the plugin description page at the bottom, you can find some screenshots and the last one is an image of the local business schema in JSON-LD format. It includes the areaServed mark up with an example of a business in England.
I hope this helps you out, if you need any more information please let me know.
All the best,
Luke.

In reply to: [Easy Schema - Structured Data & Rich Snippets] nice pluginThanks for your review,
Based on your suggestions you posted in the support forum, I have not released an update that strips all html tags so that it is more compatible for stores that have html and other tags in the description. I have given you credit in the release notes.
Thanks,
Luke.

In reply to: [Easy Schema - Structured Data & Rich Snippets] apostrophe errorHello,
Thanks for getting in touch with this issue. I agree that using the strip_tags() function or string replace would solve this issue. I will test this out and make sure it doesn’t cause any other compatibility problems and hopefully push it in the next update. I will also give you credit in the release notes for bringing it to my attention + solving it.
Thankyou for using my plugin,
Luke.

In reply to: [Easy Schema - Structured Data & Rich Snippets] Good plugin, an update ?Thankyou for your review. I have just updated the plugin to be a compatible and stable release in line with WordPress 6.1.1.
Many thanks,
Luke.
Hello,
If you are receiving a fatal error when trying to activate the plugin, it is most likely causes by a theme or a plugin conflict. Try deactivating the other plugins one by one and try to activate the plugin each time. If this fails try to switch to the default WordPress theme.
If you are still receiving the error please respond to this support thread and I will continue to try to help you.
All the best,
Luke.

In reply to: [Easy Schema - Structured Data & Rich Snippets] wpmlHello,
Currently, I have not made an exact compatibility integration with the plugin WPML, although you can output any Schema that you want using Shortcodes. On the plugin settings page you can go to the bottom and tick ‘I want to display this Schema using the Shortcode’ and then you can output the Schema that you have created directly with the Shortcode.
In the future I will be integrating different plugin compatibility’s including WPML and others.
All the best,
Luke.
Hello @luismosko,
Thank you for choosing the Easy Schema plugin,
I have analysed the code that you left in your review and noticed that for some reason it had additional unsupported characters that are not used within the traditional structured data format.
I have been onto your website moskogas.com.br and ran a structured data test and it has passed with no errors, which I am using is because you found the cause of the problem such as a plugin conflict.
If you could let me know what the issue you were having was and how you solved it that would be great for the future development of the plugin.
All the best,
Luke.
