Hi Abdullah,
Hope you’re well!Just letting you know that I have updated the plugin to 4.3.6 now and tested the above process and it is still full of bugs.
The front end numbers work correctly, but the backend is a disaster. I will raise a ticket on your site, so I can attach screenshots.
Thank you!
Hi Abdullah,
I have updated the plugin and no luck. Will raise a ticket now! Thanks!
HI Abdullah,
Thanks for the message – I am still getting the same exact error as described above. However, I have seen that a new update is available, I will test that on our dev site ASAP to see if it is resolved there.
If not, I will raise a ticket here:

Thank you, Abdullah!
I await an update, please let me know 🙂Hi again Abdullah,
An update here – I went to delete all my test orders in order to clear the space for real ones but unfortunately your process (cancel first, then trash) has bugs.
It works in one language, English, on the first try.
In order for it to work in Hungarian, I had to cancel and trash the order multiple times before it picked up the change on the frontend. This isn’t really ideal when dealing with live orders as the customer will be notified of the status change via email.
And the problem described above, with the “Recurring Event Attendee Stat. List” report being incorrect, is true for both languages.
Looking forward to your help
Thanks again!Hi Abdullah,
Any luck here?
I will return to a regular schedule on the live page as we’re launching the tours today, however the issue persists, so please let me know!

In reply to: [Event Booking Manager for WooCommerce] no way to remove a ticket off dateHi again Abdullah,
After having spoken to my dev for confirmation, I have followed your advice and I can confirm this issue has been resolved 🙂Thank you again!
Hi Abdullah,
Thanks for your reply – this process works a dream and it is perfect for fixing the issue! 🙂
However, as I was testing this, I noticed that the “Recurring Event Attendee Stat. List” page didn’t update when I made a new order. It ignored it and didn’t update. The front end display shows correctly though. A bit confusing!
There were 2 paid tickets and 13 available when I made the test order, and the same after I made the order of two more tickets. However, the front end showed 11 available.
After I followed the above process, setting the order to cancelled and then trash, nothing happened again. Stuck at 13 (which in this case is correct). Again, the front end was correct at 13.
Can you advise as to why these are not the same? Thanks,

In reply to: [Event Booking Manager for WooCommerce] no way to remove a ticket off dateHi Abdullah,
Thank you for your answer – I have a question before I do this. If i remove the plugin and reinstall it, I will lose all the settings and the custom changes we have made. Is this correct?
If yes, is there a way to fix this issue without this? I do not want to have to set everything up again!
Thank you!One other update:
The special dates don’t show up on the front end either under the upcoming tours section. you can see this on the tour page on the right hand side under “upcoming brewery tours” – the tour listed for the Friday April 18th (which is a special date) is not visible.
it does show up in the drop down selector for selecting a date for booking the tour.
It is probably linked. Please advise. Thank you!
