I am having the same problem.
The customer/user gets their email receipt, but the admin notification email is not received. I added a new user and received the email notification from the system.

No content displays.
However

works fine.

In reply to: [Shortcodes Ultimate - Content Elements] Carousel sizing issue with firefoxI too am experiencing this issue with Firefox displaying an extra (blank) row for each carousel. It does not happen with Chrome, IE, or Safari.
SU version 4.9.9
WP version 4.3.1Example:
