    As soon as you are out with the update, we’ll update wpforo too. After a major update (as with wpforo 1.8) the bug dust need to settle first 😉

    I’m using wpforo forum that uses „?wpfs=searchterm“ as parameter to search the forum. It would be great to get your analytics here too…

    @benmeredithgmailcom That’s great news after this severe bug has been neglected and fallen of your radar twice already. We are very happy that we’ve insisted to get this fixed for over three month now.

    Of course as paying costumers we love to be at your service and invest several man days for free. That’s what clients are good for. We’ve understood your support attitude meanwhile. No problem.

    Hope you finally fix the bug anytime soon as the work around is a conversion killer. No one in Europe donates cents so everyone is quite confused if cents are mandatory in a form.

    But hey, who is interested in Europe at all – and wasn’t this the core question of this review?

    We are based in Germany and I can confirm the recurring donation bug. We are experiencing this for about a month now – but are pretty new Give paid users.

    And yes, it’s not easy at all with Give not being based in the US – but it can be done if you are willing for compromises here and there. So I’m not with you regarding the Give rating and support. Three stars at least!

    We felt Give support was pretty good so far – until today: Today we’ve received a very confusing email that they felt we are not using Give anymore – when I asked for a timeline to get the recurring bug fixed?!

    They even insulted us for posting comments – probably the post I’m commenting right now – but this is our first wordpress comment ever – to make this clear.

    To sum up: We are pretty happy. Bugs are everywhere. Yes, servere bugs (as with the recurring doners) are not being treated accordingly. That’s maybe a real disadvanage – but all in all we are pretty happy with Give – even they don’t deliver yet what they advertise for the paid plugin.

    BUT: if you know a better solution (that works in GermanyEurope) we’d be happy about a comment. It’s never too late to switch to the better…
