1. It’s a shared hosting hosted in a VPS cPanel+CentOS server.
2. It works in the first 2 weeks I installed, but suddenly stop working.
3. screen has no error message, it just turned blank. no error log could be found? or where to check the best?
4. will test with the basic theme again.

could you elaborate more on how to set the key? I have multiple hosting on a single VPS server running cPanel v78./WHM
