Other than what I provided above, the email from the website to the email address entered would not send. We would try the contact form from the website, we would see the confirmation message as designed, but then we never received the email.
Since we use this form for new customer inquiries, we are missing out on that information because the form is not working. The only reason we found out about it was because a customer called us and asked if we received their message from the website, which we did not.
Our website is hosted by Bluehost, and I made sure all software and plugins were updated to the latest version.
