I deactivated the plugin the same day, as you answered.

I tried it again now, and it still doesn’t work on our site

Hi @rpetersen29

we are having the same issue. The banner worked perfectly before, but now it doesn’t.
We have tried to unplug the plugin, deactivate it, but it didn’t help.
