Hello,
I experienced the same issue. Once I updated, my site crashed. I had to upload the previous version of the plugin to get back up and running.
I received the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/tekdoginc/domains/tekdoginc.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-infusionsoft-add-on/cf7-infusionsoft-addon.php on line 47
