I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had with the Theme, and for my silence. I really appreciate you checking out Counterpoint, but I am afraid that as a new and very part-time developer and don’t really have the time to maintain it. I did my best with what I knew at the time and I hope it might fit someone’s needs.
I hope you have found something in the meantime that suits you better.

Admittedly Counterpoint is not particularly widget friendly at the moment. For now the footer area is best limited to one widget. Unfortunately WordPress tends to automatically populate it with way too many. I am looking into a better solution.
Logo uploader could be interesting. I’ll see what I can throw together.
