I will add your suggestion to our list of possible features. Given the amount of work ahead of us I can’t say when this will be implemented.
Having breadcrumbs on a page with categories should, however, be implemented sooner.

Find the page that has the KB shortcode ([epkb-knowledge-base id=1]) and change the page URL to be knowledge-base.
If you need to change KB Article common path as well please see the image below:

Thank you for letting us know about this bug, we have already a fix for it on our next release. Our next release is fairly large and will be adding many new features and bug fixes as well. The release is scheduled for May 30th if all tests pass, otherwise next week.

Hello,
Unfortunately our Knowledge Base does not support multilingual plugins if these plugins generate one post for each language like Polylang.
However, you have the following options:
1) Purchase our Multiple KB add-on and then create one Knowledge Base for each language. Each Knowledge Base can then have its own set of pages that you can expose to your users when needed

– handle Custom Post Types
– uses one post (KB Article) for all languages
For example, qTranslate-X, WPGlobus3) Translate your text on the fly using Google translation e.g. Google Language Translator or Google Website Translator plugins
