I apologize for the trouble you are experiencing. We have tested the issue you reported and confirmed it is a bug. We will include a fix in the next update.

To update the font size on the front-end of the article page, simply click on the “Edit KB Article Page” link at the top of the admin bar. Then click on the article title and the settings will be available in the sidebar.
If you want to change the HTML tag of the article title, there is currently no direct option as the title should be H1. However, you can work around this by deactivating the title in the plugin settings and switching to your theme’s option to output the title. If your theme supports custom title HTML tags, this should work.
