I have exactly the same problem. I am switching between blank and self on the setting panel but nothing happens. Am I missing something? Is it a cache issue?

Note that this problem does not occur while using the default date picker.
Only with the JQUERY date picker.I can not use the default date picker because I need to change the date format.

Yes. of course I installed the plugin. It is activated for the whole network. I also went into the plugin’s setting and checked all the boxes.
I’m getting some kind of unexplained error message,
“Plugin need active plugin Contact Form 7”
Can it be related?
