Hi @rizaprihananto ,
Actually my original question was which process needs to run, so that I can configure the cronjob commandline at the hosting provider.
Can you help me with that?
Thanks.
Hi @rizaprihananto ,
Scheduled actions are created, but have status canceled, pending or past-due.
There are 2 items marked as canceled, but each having close to 100 log entries, up to today.

Hi @rizaprihananto ,
For the custom post type ‘Repetitie avonden’ the settings are automatically apply change status to trash after 1 week.
See here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JUh_6usfoZr5XdV5_EHcUxTjjqOryEY8/view?usp=sharingHere’s the list of Repetie-avonden: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_k95Z1G_awCQ6ersKytv0-C2q1jlKTEo/view?usp=sharing
For the standard posts Future Actions are active too, but there is no default action set. Authors add it theirselves, yet posts don’t get changed to trash. As these are now manually deleted, I can’t show you that.
Thanks for your quick follow up. Looking forward to the next advise.
It’s Future Action
Yes, it is exactly the same.
Glad to see it will be solved in verwsion 9.2.0 – any estimate when that will be?Just to illustrate the impact for shops delivering online content: We had 5 disputes as people paid with iDEAL / SEPA Direct debit – the mandate and the subscriptions are signed through iDEAL – as clients expected immediate access to the content. As a seller you have no defence against a dispute, it’ll cost you €7,50 each time.
So this is the risk the shop owner is running:
– dispute charges
– unhappy client
– damage to our image / creditablity profile. So glad it will be solved. Please share the estimated delivery.
Thanks & regards.
Hi @mosesmedh ,
There is 1 fatal error, but that happened well before the issue I raised.
https://pastebin.com/rWLNj8AD – date 26 Jan.
Is there a better way I can help you investigating this issue?
Hi @mosesmedh,
I checked all Direct Debits in the Stripe dashboard, and this client never paid through Direct debit before.
She paid ist time with card, all other times with iDEAL.Will it be helpful if I share the Stripe Payment ID with you?
Or what else would be helpful to you?I’m confused with which organization I’m talking here. In the WP plugin dashboard it says for this plugin:
– that the author is Stripe
– ‘Visit plugin site’ leads me here, which is said to be Automattic (=Wooccommerce, right?)
– Docs leads to Woocommerce
– Support leads to Woocommerce/my accountInitially I raised the issue with Woocommerce, and they referred me (rightly so) to the support of the plugin.
I expected it to be Stripe, but who is it??
Suggestion: clear this up in the plugin info in the WP plugin dashboard.Hi Moses,
We used to sell subscriptions, but decided to stop as we’re share online content and cannot wait 5 days releasing the content until the payment is confirmed.
A client who subscribes with automatic renewal wants to have access immediately after the payment is executed, and in the perception of the client that’s the moment he confirms the payment.
We waited in some cases, and some clients started a dispute, which costs us €€7,50.So subscriptions to online content is not designed properly and we decided to stop it.
We switched it off in the WooCommerce settings. We cannot switch it of in the Stripe Dashboard, as it blocked there, saying that it’s controled by the WooCommerce. The client from whom we received the SEPA direct debit says she clicked iDEAL. I’m pretty sure that’s true, in the checkout SEPA Direct Debit is not an option.
The client is a client since long and probably has paid in the past for subscription as well.
That may help you searching for the root cause, but obviously it should not happen that an iDEAL payment gets treated as a direct debit. The client just tipped us as a matter of appreciation. That’s a separate WC product that we have for that purpose.
I have uploaded screenshots of the order and the checkout, as well as the WC status report.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment done alhtough payment method not selected in settingsZubair. that makes sense. The plugin I’m using for Stripe is from Stripe, so indeed I need to contact them.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment done alhtough payment method not selected in settingsCan you explain to me why Stripe would process a payment as direct debit, if it’s not delivered as such by the plugin that delivered the payment instruction – Woocommerce?
It’s not correct to refer me to Stripe without looking into your own kitchen, as it’s Woocommerce who runs the checkout and delivers to Stripe. And if it were Stripe, even then it’s up to Woocommerce to discuss with Stripe how that would be possible with the interface between Woocommerce and Stripe.
I’m more then willing to share information for such investigation.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment done alhtough payment method not selected in settingsJust a thought: this is a client since long time. It may well be that (I’m not sure!) she paid in the past for a subscription (through direct debit).
But even then, switching the payment method off must be handled properly for payments from that moment on.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [NSFW] [Max Mega Menu] Doesn’t work well with Shortcode in Menus pluginWhat I’m saying is that the Shortcode plugin was deactiatved as well. Only your plugins and MetaBox were active. So no need to talk to de shortcoder plugin, same happens without it.
You’re right, I will take this issue further in the Pro support. Expect they will take it seriously.
Thanks for now.

In reply to: [NSFW] [Max Mega Menu] Doesn’t work well with Shortcode in Menus pluginActually, my observations are identical to the issues I raised at the beginning.
So nothing wrong with Shortcodes in Menus plugin, it’s within the MMM plugin.I can’t see it any otherwise.

In reply to: [NSFW] [Max Mega Menu] Doesn’t work well with Shortcode in Menus pluginActually, I have your Pro version but didn’t want to buy a new license if I can achieve the same with free plugins.
So I used the Pro version in staging installation, deactivated all other plugins then yours and MetaBox (as I use an MB shortcode) and got back to a default wordpress theme.I have 4 scenario’s in the menu:
1 – the òriginal scenario: top level with shortcode through (deactivated) Shortcode in Menus plugin, sub menu display mode = standard layout, + 3x submenu items Textbased with MB-shortcodes
2 – the new scenario: top level with shortcode through replacement, + 3x submenu items all with shortcode through replacement
3 – alternative scenario: top level as 2, submenu items as 1
4 – just top level with shortcode through replacement, no sub menus.See the screen recording for set up and results: https://t.ly/65gDW
My observations:
1. Using shortcode though replacement at top level does not follow the settings of Menu Themes.
2. Using shortcode though replacement at top level does not support submenu items to be shown.Sorry, can’t make it any nicer, but my conclusion is that there’s something wrong with how the plugin handles shortcode through replacenment.
Can you pls look into this?
ThanksNo, it’s not true.
I found the setting myself: it’s under Custom / Restrict Content. Just granting that capabilty will do.
Now you can mark it as resolved.
