We only see a general website access log. We also have a screen shot of the orders that were effected by this. We have been unable to replicate it ourselves, but it looks like one order per day is not adding the shipping. Can we remove the express checkout part so it does not jump to paypal before customers fill out the address information?

We were finally able to access the blocking screen after routing thru the WHOIS lookup and block a range of ips. It appears that the block menu screen is no longer directly accessible from any menus or links within wordfence since the last update.
