Have a look at the ‘WordPress/Website Integration’ settings in the 3CX Management Console, see the Website Code Generator tab.
Hopefully 3CX support can jump in and help you out – sounds like some good development on your side, something they should try and accommodate for future installs.

Works well, when agent are logged out or not available, the Live Chat window gives the website visitor a chance to send you a message out of hours.
