I am afraid I am not entitled to contact paying support. I don’t have a license myself but I have access to a website that has a developer license purchased by another Company. Our Company only manages the web site for the content. However we was given this plugin to perform backups and we are evaluating if we should buy a license ourself to manage staging and additional development for this website on another host. To carry on with this task we need to configure FTP over TLS but failed so far in doping so. That’s why I posted my question in this thread. Can you help?
