I just purchased the developer license for “Total Soft Poll”. I plan to install it on two web sites. How do I activate the “full” version? (I also sent email to your support address.

I have updated the poll plugin to version 1.2.7. This fixes the “vote” button problem. It now works. Thank you for fixing this.

However, the operation of this plugin is not acceptable. Here is the problem:

When a person votes, the current poll results are shown. This is okay, but the “results” button goes away. If someone else votes, the first person does not see the results from the second person. If the screen is refreshed, the “vote” and “results” buttons come back, but the “results” button does not show the results – it just shows the text for the photos. This is true regardless of the “show results” option. The only way to get the updated results is to vote again, and this is not acceptable. The “vote once” option is only available in the pro version, but I suspect it wouldn’t fix the problem either.

Here his how I think the plugin should work. When a person votes, there should be
an acknowledgement of the vote. Showing the results at that time is okay. The “results” button should remain, and when it is pressed, an updated result should be shown which includes all the votes which were cast after the local vote was made. If I were to use this plugin, I would get the pro version and enable the “vote once” option, but I can’t justify buying the pro version when the free version doesn’t work correctly.
