Yes @silvianuciforo is this. I forgot to mention that with the complianz plugin sometimes it was happening to me only when I was logged. But last days I was in the same situation, so I change to the new one plugin
It happens the same to me. I fixed changing the plugin to GDPR Cookie Consent if its help. For me was faster to find a plugin that works well, than to try to find a solution
