I guess I got it.

The link exists on all posts in the list, even if there is no permission for comments. And the only posts without the link are the old ones with comments closed automatically after the number of days defined in the settings.

This link is harmful when the comments are globally off on the site and authorized only on few articles.
So I disabled this part in the script loop.php.
