What Elementor version? I’m with Elementor 3.0.5, Events Tracker for Elementor 1.2.6, and it’s registering events in GA.
But I’m using the ‘Track with Google Universal Tag (gtag.js)’ option on Events Tracker.
And I believe you are using Track with ‘Google Analytics (analytics.js)’, right?
Did you set your ‘Global Site Tag’ in Events Tracker configuration?

I coudn’t find in your site’s source code your GA tag.
