thanx for the info, i have created a snippet that makes a new items in the admin menu open commissions, all the commissions with due status will be shown there, behind them is a button create credit invoice, if i click it the status will go to paid and a new order will be created with status commision paid, a credit invoice is then being created and the vendor will receive an email saying that the Commission is being paid with the amount of the Commission and the order number, so i think its fixes and automated now.
