Hello. I am having the same issue with the plugin. I have tried adding and removing fields and still can’t get any fields to appear on the lightbox. Any ideas? The formatting seems to hold, the fields are the only thing missing.
Apologies. Shortly after posting this I ended up switching themes to Zerif Lite from Storefront.
