Yes I saw the submission go through.
However for some reason when I try and submit myself I get the success message but see nothing added to the contact list in constant contact.
Also, the custom text area outlines in red when content is added while the other custom text fields turn green showing that they have been successfully filled out. This gives users the perception that they have not successfully completed the form. Did you experience this when you filled it out?
Finally, I also did not receive an email in my inbox notifying me when you signed up.
So I made the contact form like 5 hours ago. I am 99% sure no has tried using it except for me.
When testing, I tried filling it in both with just a few characters or a bunch of characters, and the form entry actually cut off at 500 so I am unsure how “too many characters” could actually be the issue. Because no matter how I filled it in, if there was the text area field of up to 500 characters it wouldnt work at all.
Yes that is the form I am referring to.
I have re-added the field.
