Team Brainstorm was fast about the resolve. It’s fixed now, seems like Elementor Kit plug-in also changed while using this one so it was fault on both sides.
Anyway, after deleting both; it’s resolved now.

I tried to draft or trash it and the default header just dissepears as I said.
Primary Location is not changed from before it’s already in right set.
I opened a ticket at your Support Portal, but since I think this a problem/information that everyone needs to know; I’ll update this topic with the solution.
