Hello,

I have tried deactivating the plugins and testing, no result. They are not using many plugins on this site.

I have also tried the site with a different theme, same issue.

Hello Anca,

I will give this a try. Can you not close the ticked please so I can follow up with you in case the troubleshooting does not resolve the issue? My client is using the free version, is there a limit to the works count in the free version?
