In reply to: [OceanWP] WP Job Manager – OceanWP Page LayoutHello,
I also had a look at this site https://wpjobmanager.com/document/template-overrides/ and did put your code in the wp-job-manager-functions.php (after copying the same file structure to the oceanwp-child-theme-master template. Still no luck. Thanks!

In reply to: [OceanWP] WP Job Manager – OceanWP Page LayoutHello,
Entered the code above via FileZilla, with the unfortunately same result. Now the image on the ‘vacature’ page is lost as well (but can recover that again. I left the code for now in so you can check if you want. Thanks!

In reply to: [OceanWP] WP Job Manager – OceanWP Page LayoutI am so sorry for my delay in response. It took me some time to understand what exactly to do with the Child theme and how to edit the function.php. I finally installed the OceanWP Child Theme and in Dashboard – Appearance – Editor, I selected OceanWP Child and added below your two codes.
Since I still run into the same problem, I decided to put the completely unfinished site online. Can you please have a look at swisshrmed.nl. Would you need an account to have a look at the Dashboard for what I did? When you navigate to Vacatures and just select a sample job below, you see a screen layout which is quite different. I made most of the sections with Elementor (hope that this is not the problem), but anyways, your code is not changing anything and you still see the very thin vertical line to divide the screen into two parts.
Thanks so much for your help and please let me know if you need more info from me.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OceanWP] WP Job Manager – OceanWP Page LayoutOops, sorry. My mistake. I was kind of ignoring your mentioning of ‘child’. Ok, I have to find out how to use the Child theme. I quickly tried exporting from the current theme and importing in the OceanWP-child-theme, but it messes up my CSS and e.g. Logo. I’ll investigate a bit more and let you know when I have it working. Do I select the OceanWP-child-theme as the ACTIVATED theme? Thanks!

In reply to: [OceanWP] WP Job Manager – OceanWP Page LayoutMany thanks again. Unfortunately still no luck.
Since I am quite new to WordPress, I am building the site with MAMP (local). As soon as I have it hosted with a provider, I’ll let you know.
I am sure it’s something I am doing wrong.
Thanks!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OceanWP] WP Job Manager – OceanWP Page LayoutDear Amit,
Thanks very much for your quick reply and support. I think I did as you advised above, but unfortunately it did not work (can easily be I did something wrong!).
A bit of explanation:
My Job Manager’s library is on an Elementor section (with help of [job] shortcode) and when I select a job, a new dynamic page is opened with permalink /job/”job-title”. Do you agree that this new page is indeed a single blog post?I added your code above in Dashboard – Appearance – Editor functions.php (OceanWP theme) at the bottom. Unfortunately, then I do not see a difference when a job is select for its details on the dynamically created new page.
Thanks again for your help
