I finally figured out that it was completely about an external issue caused by the latest update of the firewall which my hosting firm is using on their servers. I’m truly sorry about the mess, it had nothing to do with you or your plugin, I mean from the beginning.

There aren’t any problems about the plugin, it works fine. As I said before, I think, it just blocked the ‘Manage’ options. Those buttons seem visible and clickable but they don’t work for any plugin.
WP Version: 3.8

It seems that if we do [select* nombre “” “a” “b” “c”] by leaving the first choice empty or [select* nombre include_blank “a” “b” “c”] by only adding ‘include_blank’, plugin understands these as required fields.
