thanks for the clarification, this helped!

Setting the post to private before publishing it, gives us a way to preview the mail with contents before sending it out. I tested it and it works fine.

thanks for your reply.

The behaviour changed since either the update to version 1.7.6 of BNFW or the update to version 1.0.11 of BNFW conditional.

Hope this helps.

Actually it should have worked the way described since we used this functionality to receive preview mails of the post on each post update before publishing and send out the post to a group of users on publishing the post. The setup used two notifications one for preview/testing and one for publishing.

If that’s not possible anymore, maybe you know a way how to setup a preview for testing of the notification before publishing the post.
