Please don’t worry, we’re taking every single point you mentioned very seriously. Our team will thoroughly review each issue, test them from our side, and work on improvements accordingly. Many of the concerns you raised are valid scalability and workflow challenges, and feedback like this helps us improve Eventin for larger production use cases as well.

I’m really sorry. I’ve read your feedback carefully, and I take full responsibility for the experience you’ve had.
You’re right – recurring bugs, shortcode inconsistencies, translation gaps, performance issues, and Divi compatibility problems shouldn’t have been this painful, especially after the time you’ve already invested.
Over the last few months, we made a deliberate decision to rebuild and modernize the foundation of Eventin, especially UI/UX and core architecture to make it sustainable for the next few years. But I’ll be honest: during this transition, stability took a hit in some areas, and you’ve experienced that directly.
Right now, our focus is very clear:
• Fix all known issues
• Stabilize shortcode behavior
• Improve translations
• Optimize performance (including JS size)
• Ensure better handling for large event volumes
• Properly fix Divi integrationWe’re already deep into this phase, and things are now much more stable than before but we’re not stopping until it’s fully reliable.
I appreciate the effort you put in, even when it was frustrating. Thanks a lot not just for the criticism, but for sticking with us this long. It matters more than you might think.
We will fix this properly and we are actively closing the remaining gaps.

As there is php error now, you can rename and upload the eventin plugin from Cpanel also.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. It’s because we are using Easy Digital Download to sell our products but the latest update of EDD caused the issues. We have already contacted EDD, and are waiting for their response.
