I’m having the same issue. The filmstrip icon to embed a video url is just not appearing when I go to edit a post.
Frustrating.

I was having this problem after having installed the Atahualpa theme on WordPress 3.0.4. There is a thread on the Bytes for All forum which goes through some fixes here: http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=7784
Unfortunately none of them worked for me so I had to delete the Atahualpa folder from the themes folder and lost an entire days work 🙁
