I can only send post to other sites (broadcast) at first time. (first time means: when I write new post) If I decide to send an old post to other sites, I can’t!

I am not happy to write you recursively! but I still can’t change and save broadcast options and I can’t broadcast a post which has written before.

how can we know that “the events calendar broadcast plugin” will be solution for this problem? can we test?

I understood that; the problem is “The Event Calendar” plugin. When I deactivate “The Event Calendar” plugin, ThreeWP Broadcast worked properly.
Now! What is the problem and how will we fix it?
