    I’am really no have idea for that, I’m very newbie in PHP.

    It very nice if you want to write all code to put in ‘single-staff-member.php’ file.

    I don’t like fancy box, i just want detail page of a staff…
    i have to try take a look around user-view-show-staff-list.php, there you just put initialed a shortcode. CMIIW.

    now, i can put link to linked staff to single page with this code to loop:

    <a href="http://yourdomain.com/staff-members/[staff-name-slug]">Detail</a>

    but, i still can’t find, where is single-staff-member.php ..?
    i has looked at plugin folder, but only file simple-staff-list.php

    Are I have to make it that file from scratch..? If yes, where I put that file..?
