Thanks, Jules, for the quick response. Turns out that the problem was due to an older version of Contact Form 7. We were using version 4.5.1. We upgraded to 4.6.1 and that fixed the problem.

I’m having the same problem. In addition to the tag buttons not working, I also noticed that after installing the Conditional Fields plugin that the tabs at the top do not function anymore. All tab content is on a single page. That’s not really an issue, but I thought I’d mention it in case the two issues are related.
I’ve tested the Conditional Fields plugin on multiple themes and the tag buttons stop working every time – so it does not appear to be a theme-related issue.
I’d really love to use this plugin – it’s exactly what I need – so I hope this issue can be resolved soon!

If you look at the page you directed me to, the form REQUIRES a serial number which I don’t have. He is specifically directing users to the ww.wp.xz.cn forums so perhaps he is not aware of this rule.
