Adding DNS A record and enabling CAPI on their dashboard only. I checked CAPI section of Event manager on Facebook. Woocommerce is connected partners on that section. Tried to remove it and it looks like I have to disable plugin as well, that I mean I will loose pixel integration. That is not desirable so it seems like I just need to remove people with full control on Datasets(pixel) as registered as CAPI system user. Is that right?

OK. Not this time but I will upgrade everything cause it’s peak sales season so it’s not a good time to do it.
By the way I removed the WooCommerce integration on Facebook side and was able to reconnect.

It seems like everything is OK but after getting though this weird happenings, I am not sure this is really OK.
If this is OK, I guess it will fix custom audience size, Correct?

OK. I made the disconnection first, then removed the plugin. Then emptied the value on following items except wc_facebook_external_business_id via mysql.
wc_facebook_access_token
wc_facebook_external_business_id – put spsk-afsdc3lck9k6q
wc_facebook_system_user_id
wc_facebook_business_manager_id
wc_facebook_commerce_merchant_settings_id
wc_facebook_merchant_access_token
wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
wc_facebook_page_access_token
wc_facebook_page_id
wc_facebook_pixel_idThen reinstalled the plugin and tried to make a connection. Then it shows connection is already established. Tried to disconnect several times but it never disconnected. Captured the screen saying “disconnection successful”…..

Thanks for trying to help me out.
- The connection resetting was done without enabling the Debug Tools. During those trials, I realized that the wc_facebook_merchant_access_token and wc_facebook_page_access_token were empty sometime, other values were existed like wc_facebook_external_business_id, wc_facebook_system_user_id , etc. – Again at those times Facebook side says all connected correctly. As you can see the custom audience size info is temporarily unavailable, which was available earlier. And it has been more two weeks.
4. Ads are running so I will try to connect/reconnect in next few days with your instruction. Before doing it, can you confirm there is something wrong on ad targeting with current setup(no Ad Manager account, Instagram Business ID) or not? Ads are running on Instagram & Facebook.

Thanks for the comments. Actually I have selected Instagram account and Ads manager account when trying to re-connect after upgrading the plugin. Also Instagram page is connected to Facebook page and Ads account is created.
As I wrote in earlier, it says “connection is established” but none is shown on connection page on WooCommerce a few times. – In Facebook it says it is connected at those times. It’s a live site and ads have been running so I don’t want to mess up any further.
What I want to know is that it won’t make any side effect to run ads like conversion campaigns (purchase or addtocart) in current situation? Because now I see my customized target numbers are not shown suddenly- it says it will be back within 2-3days but it has been two weeks already. I am just worried that it mess up target setting so my ads would be shown to wrong people.

$memcached_servers = array( ‘default’ => array(‘/var/run/memcached/memcached.sock:0’)

Thanks for the advice. I found out what cause this problem. Whenever I select multiple products support on Products Management its permalink goes weird. What this option actually do?
