I found a way to fix the problem. Contact Form 7 has a roll back feature that allows you to roll back to a previous version. Go to the Contact Form 7 WordPress page and scroll down until you see the Advanced View link on the right side of the page. Click it. Scroll down to the bottom to the Development Version drop-down menu. Choose a previous version (I chose 5.6.4). Download it and then upload it to the plugins section. It will ask if you want to replace the current version. Yes you do. Your forms should be good.
I have several forms on my web site. I updated the plugin and the same thing has happen. So what do we do? Do we wait for contact form 7 to correct it with a new update?
