Jeremy – I have done that. The emails STILL come to my email instead of to the email in the form they are supposed to go.
You say you “can’t reproduce on your end” what does that mean? Have you been sending emails that do go to the correct address using our contact form and they are going to my colleague? She says she has not had any email coming to her. Testing does nothing unless you are testing on our application
There are literally DOZENS of people reporting this same bug throughout the support groups, and NONE of them have actually had a satisfactory conclusion.
Do not close this ticket until I have the correct answer.
I am having the similar difficulties – my post images aren’t defaulting to my gravatar when I don’t have an image available – they are defaulting to a google plus image instead. You can see it here:

I have a gravatar image set up and it should show that as a default, but isn’t.
I’m not using the SEO plug in, and my word press is up-to-date, as is my Jetpack plug in.
