There were 2 problems:
1. You didn’t install SiteOrigin page builder plugins.
2. You were using another plugin which we disabled.If you need further support and assistance then please consider upgrading to PRO version which is available here: https://electrathemes.com/wordpress-themes/best-startup-plus/
