Hi,
Thanks for reporting this. We will check and push an update accordingly.
Regards,Hi,
Would you mind sharing the details of the set up ? Such as which form plugin are you using elemailer with? And what’s the elementor and elementor pro ( if exists ) versions ?
Regards,The other factor is this – https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255166285?sortBy=rank
Let us know if that helps.
Regards,Hi,
The main reason for this would be because of using a http site and not having a https. Since our plugin sends emails as links, some applications might ask for permission before displaying image form a non secure website link.
Let me know if that helps.

In reply to: [Elemailer Lite - Elementor email template & campaign builder] useless pluginHi,
We don’t see any support ticket created with the above reference so I believe this is a edge case for your site only somehow. You are most welcome to contact support for issues related to the pro version. The feedback here should be your experience with the free version.
Regards,Hi @richardhpa thanks for the details. We have just release a new version that should solve the issue. kindly test and let us know if otherwise.
Regards,Hi,
We have managed to recreate the issue following your provided steps. Though we do not understand the use case of using form widget in loop grid template, we have forwarded this to our developers. They will check and prioritise as per internal policy for a fix.
Thanks for reporting this!
@justinbitter you are most welcome to follow the advice above. Besides the removal of watermark by default Elemailer paid version offers much more flexibility, Custom CSS, woocommerce email design and so on.
Hi,
Well out of the box there is no way to add custom CSS directly or simply in Elemailer Lite. The paid version does have that option. You can shoot our developers and email to [email protected] to see if they will be able to suggest some workaround to add CSS such that you require. But this is generally more related to development due to the nature of this.
Regards,Hi,
Right now the order should be the order you selected the posts with, it’s not using any wp query to show the selected posts in this case rather using the id directly and the id is kept in array in the same order as you selected them in. This is the reason we didn’t create any sorting option here.
Let me know if that helped.
Regards,Hi @richardhpa , Thanks for reporting this.
Can you share a basic steps to replicate ? Is it that – you just need to have a page > where you use loop grid with CPT and the issue is visible? Essentially what I am seeing from the screenshots is that the loop query gets broken here and there is no issue with styling anywhere ( or is there ? ) . You can share a loom.com screencast as well if you want.Hi,
Appologies for delayed update since there was not notifications sent to email for your comment from org.
For your question,
The plugin is still supported, will be updated ( when needed ).
Emails don’t support containers so that’s a no.
Font- the paid version does allow you to choose between system fonts but you can’t upload custom fonts at the moment. We have done research and it says in general emails should always try to use system fonts as the custom font is not supported for many email platforms and can cause issues.
